Terms and conditions
You have the right to cancel your order for any product purchased from Dankur, within 14 days of receipt.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the items in their original condition with a copy of your invoice. Once received, there will be a full refund to your original payment method.
Items being returned must be new and unused. However If an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to refund the amount determined by us, according to our procedure for used goods or goods in broken packaging.
Since Dankur only sells new products, means that we will basically subtract 99% from the products original price and returning 1% to the customer.
Please note – The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

Once your order has been dispatched the invoice amount will be charged to your credit card.
All prices are incl. 25% VAT, ie. the price you see out of a given product is the price you have to pay.
Subject to provisos in: price increases, exchange rate fluctuations, acts of God, changes in taxes, sold out and misprints.
Prices incl. VAT are only valid in Denmark and EU.
Freight / Shipping
The customer pay for the freight outside Denmark (ex-work).

Shipping costs will always be visible in the shopping cart.
Unless otherwise stated on the individual items, you will receive your purchases in 12 working days in Denmark (starting from the next working day at 08.00) after your order has been placed. If you do not receive the dispatch within 3 working days Dankur cannot be held responsible for delays in deliveries. We will always try to deliver on time, but we cannot guarantee timely delivery.
When the parcel arrives make sure to compare with the order confirmation.
Upon delivery, please inspect the package for damage. If the package or products are damaged, please contact the transport company. Please note that if the package shows any signs of damage you should inspect the products in the presence of the postman or carrier. If it appears that the products are damaged, do not accept the shipment and please contact Dankur. The postman / delivery agent then takes the package again.
Acknowledgement of reception is the same as saying that the item is not damaged.
If you discover the damage until after you've opened the package, please contact with the carrier.
Return of goods / cancellation
If order received with wrong items or products delivered defective you are entitled to return the products. You can do so within 2 months after you notice the defect.
Please contact and return the defected products with a copy of your invoice to Dankur. In order to promote the expedition, send a mail stating the error and information on the invoice number. We will send you a replacement item as soon as possible. Dankur will cover the postage costs for defective goods or complaints through Post Denmark or Danish shipping agency.
Dankur will automatically send an electronic invoice via e-mail once payment is completed.
All products are abided by warranty according the sale of goods acts.
Reservations and disclaimer
Dankur reserve the rigth for any tax changes, price and proofreading errors, technical errors, sold out and force majeure, including labor and defects or delays in deliveries from suppliers.
Dankur.com is connected to NETS (Banks' Payment Systems).
When you visit dankur.com there is no encryption, but once you place an order all information becomes encrypted such as your name, address and other information like your credit card details.
Your credit card information is not stored by dankur.com
In order to send your purchase you will be asked to provide personal information such as your name and mailing address. Once we have received your order, we will store your order details in our database. Personal data entered in connection with purchase from Dankur will be treated in accordance with applicable Danish law. We only store the information necessary to complete your order, which include e-mail and product data.
All customer information and order information will be kept strictly confidential and will never be disclosed to third parties.
